UPDATE: Final Court Decision: Previous Marriages will be upheld, but Proposition 8 stands!
Today, May 26th the California Supreme Court will be looking over Proposition 8 (prop 8) and deciding whether or not Gay Marriage is constitutional. This is very important, because 18,000 homosexual marriages carried out in 2008 may, or may not be recognized by the state after the decision has been made.
Most Legal Experts predict that proposition 8 will not be changed.
